Mike has been involved with The Dial Companies (Dial) since graduating from the University of Nebraska at Lincoln (UNL) in 1977. Dial has since grown from the then 20 plus employees, to presently over 500. Dial is involved with multiple aspects of real estate development (see Dial Portfolio on web site;
DialCompanies.com) and presently manages over 16,000,000 sq. ft. of property in a 20 state area. Mike has been mostly involved with new development and thereafter overlooks the partnerships and their respective management teams.
Currently, Mike is President of Dial Family Resorts, a company that is developing two (2) popular entertainment venues; 1) an indoor waterpark resort shipwreck-themed hotel called "Shipwreck Falls Resort" located near Providence, Rhode Island, as well as, 2) Hill "Billy Bob's" Family Fun Park in Sandusky, Ohio, an Amusement Park and Dinner Theater mix. He believes these products to be recession proof and will do great in today's economy.
Mike is on the board of directors of the Baptist Medical and Dental Missions International (BMDMI), a Hattisburg, Mississippi mission organization, who's main purpose is to support short term mission teams to Nicaragua and Honduras.
